Dear Valued Guest,
We at CHEFSTABLE CAPETOWN hope you are all keeping safe and healthy.
We find ourselves at a difficult time and we need your help. We are not only a new concept but a new business and we are based in a city that relies heavily on tourism to bring in money. I started CHEFSTABLE CAPETOWN to demonstrate my passion not only for you but also to train staff in the way of creating a paying school of excellence for youngsters with limited opportunity for a school or college qualification. My aim is to help them get out of poverty and improve their lives.
I started with one trainee (Jonathan) which grew to two (Jonathan and Kwesta) and I now have 8 enthusiastic young chefs depending on this business to be able to feed their families. CHEFSTABLE CAPETOWN is unable to operate at present due to the national lockdown in South Africa which has seen all restaurants and non-essential businesses close. As you can imagine, in my responsibility as business owner and employer I find myself in a huge predicament and badly want to continue to help out my staff.
This email is a plea from me to you, to please help me help CHEFSTABLE CAPETOWN survive this, and help me help my staff get thought this tough time by making a donation. I have started a YouTube channel (SANTiCOOKS) also (@santilouzan IGTV) and I will keep uploading entertaining videos and sharing some of my favourite recipes with you.
Please help these amazing young future chefs via this Paypal link.
I massively thank you in advance wishing you the best of health.
Chef Santi
