Chef’s Table Cape Town is a boutique and intimate table hosted by Chef Santi Louzán where he serves food that will take you on a journey. It seats 16 people at any one time and it can be booked as a social table, sharing the experience with others you have never met before or it could be a private event or family gathering.

Menus are seasonal, they change with what’s on offer by producers around him and the wines are carefully chosen from trusted growers. Never forgetting the imperativeness of the pairing and sometimes with a surprising twist, he mixes tradition with new and different, he alters traditional dishes he used to think should never be changed.

Santi also brings an element of fun, taking you his guest through a walk of his culinary journey from his Spanish roots, Michelin experiences, pub fare, family home cooking to current trends.
